President Biden will address economic issues in a speech in Wilmington, NC, on Thursday afternoon.

On Thursday morning, the president stopped in Charlotte, North Carolina, to express condolences to the families of four police officers who were killed in a shooting in that city on Monday.
Biden is scheduled to speak starting at 4:30 p.m. EDT.
