White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre will hold a briefing Tuesday afternoon following her sometimes combative exchanges with reporters in Monday Media Availability.
Several reporters questioned Jean-Pierre about President Biden’s physical and mental fitness, with the administration spokesman insisting that the press had not been misled about his recent medical exams.
The questioning occurred after reports indicated thatvisitor records showna neurologist specializing in Parkinson’s disease visited the White House eight times over an eight-month period.
Tuesday’s briefing is scheduled to begin at 1 pm EDT.
