Former President Trump had a busy day in court Thursday as his hush money trial in New York collides with presidential immunity arguments before the Supreme Court.

Former National Enquirer editor David Pecker is expected to resume testimony in Manhattan, where he will continue to provide a timeline of his agreement to bury the bad news about Trump during the then-candidate’s 2016 campaign.

Meanwhile, in Washington, the high court is hearing oral arguments in a landmark case weighing the limits of presidential immunity, which Trump argues protects him from prosecution in his other three criminal cases.
