The judge overseeing former President Trump’s gag case will begin the trial on Thursday, holding a hearing to consider four more possible violations of a gag order imposed on the presumptive 2024 Republican nominee.
Trump was already found in violation of the gag order on Tuesday, where the judge found him in violation for nine separate online posts attacking witnesses, potential jurors in the case.
Testimony will then continue when an attorney who represented two women at the center of the case — Karen McDougal and Stormy Daniels — resumes the position under cross-examination by the prosecution.
