The X Factor star’s fiancé Jaymi Hensley has died after falling from a third-floor hotel window.
Oliver Marmon, also known as Olly, fell from a window at the Hind Hotel in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, on Sunday night.
The 33-year-old man was pronounced dead after emergency services were called to the scene shortly after 11.30pm.
Hensley, who was a member of boy band Union J, which appeared on X Factor in 2012, posted on her Instagram account in September that the couple would be getting married later this year.
Sharing a photo of herself kissing Mr Marmon’s cheek, Hensley, 34, wrote: “14 years together and 1 year until I do.” I love you irrevocably and I’m so excited that in 365 days we will finally be Mr.
In a post shared by Mr Marmon three weeks ago, he said: “Best week with my man and nine weeks and counting until we say I do!”
Police initially said they were investigating the death as murder, but confirmed the investigation was closed following the results of a forensic autopsy on Tuesday.
A 34-year-old man arrested in connection with the incident has been released without charge, Northamptonshire Police said.

Detective Chief Inspector Johnny Campbell, who led the investigation, said: “This was a complex and fast-paced investigation, and our thoughts remain with Olly’s family and loved ones at this very difficult time.
“It is only right that an incident like this is treated with the utmost seriousness, to ensure we have done everything we can to understand what happened and to get the answers those left behind need and want.
“In Olly’s case, I can confirm that the evidence we examined did not support his death as a homicide, which has now been confirmed by the results of the preliminary post-mortem forensic report.
“Our initial findings and decisions have been explained to Olly’s family, who will continue to be supported by Northamptonshire Police as they mourn the loss of their loved one.”

Police also shared a tribute from Mr Marmon’s family, who described him as “beautiful inside and out”.
His mother, Julie, and stepfather, Steve Peacock, said in a joint statement: “Words cannot express the devastation and grief I feel at the loss of my beautiful youngest son, Oliver, Olly, to his friends.”
Mrs Peacock described her son as her “best friend”, saying: “We spoke every day. He called me mommy, he used to call me his guardian angel.
“Oliver was so caring, loving, quiet and always put others before himself.”
Meanwhile, his father, Lee, said he would “give my life to save yours,” adding, “I’m struggling with every emotion you can imagine, sadness, anger, guilt, the list goes on.
“I know you knew how much you were loved. I was so proud of you and everything you accomplished.”
