The harrowing story follows bartender Donny Dunn as his life falls apart at the hands of an obsessive stalker – played by Jessica Gunning, 38 – after he offers her a cup of tea in a restaurant. London Pub.

The disturbed Baby reindeer The maniac bombarded the comics with more than 41,000 emails, 744 tweets, 100 pages of letters and 350 hours of voicemails during a four-year reign of terror.

Gadd stated that he went to great lengths to hide the identity of the woman who stalked him in real life and begged fans not to look for her.

However, the ‘real-life Martha’ has been unmasked as Fiona Harvey – a Scottish woman who moved to London.

Now Harvey, who denies stalking him, is threatening action against Netlix.

She told the Scottish sun: “I have a complaint against Netflix as this is being billed as part of a true story.

“I am a highly competent lawyer. I would have to do it alone. I’m very good.

“I have a photographic memory and can memorize huge files. I was the best in my school at everything.”

Harvey is furious about the way she is allegedly portrayed in the series – especially about her appearance.

She said: “I’m very attractive. He’s not Brad Pitt.

“There is a fat actress that should be me.

“He created a character called Martha and put me in the picture.

“This is a program for 20-somethings. People without a life, without a job, whatever. I don’t want to be a celebrity.”

Harvey was previously accused of harassing two of Scotland’s top politicians.

She came into contact with the late Glasgow MP Jimmy Wray, who died aged 78 in 2013, and his lawyer wife Laura, aged 62, when she was a former member of the Labor Party.

Wray told how he gave Ms Harvey, an Aberdeen Uni law graduate, a trainee position at law firm McPhail Lawrence Partnership in 1997.
