The video shows how officers yell at the suspect, saying “Don’t move, don’t move,” after he is knocked down by three separate Taser blasts.

The words “suspect restrained” are eventually heard as a police officer pulls out the attacker’s sword.

At least six police officers can be seen moving towards the suspect, who is immobilized and arrested.

The man is now in hospital after suffering injuries when his van crashed into a building, police said.
