Police are asking for help in tracking down a thief who escaped from prison.

Ricky Wall escaped from Hollesley Bay open prison in Woodbridge, Suffolk.

The 23-year-old was reported missing from the facility around 9 a.m. Saturday when he failed to show up for roll call, police said.

Wall is serving a seven-year sentence for aggravated robbery with intent.

He is described as white, approximately six feet tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
