A French citizen has disappeared from a campsite in the Scottish Highlands.
François Remodeau, believed to be in his 60s, was last seen at around 8pm on Sunday.
Police Scotland said he was unable to return to his tent at a campsite in the Faichem Road area, near Invergarry and that concerns were growing for his welfare.
Remodeau, who is said to speak English well, is described as being of medium height and with thinning gray hair.

When he was last seen, he was wearing dark outdoor clothing and may have been carrying a blue backpack.

Inspector Craig Johnstone said: “Concerns are growing for François and we need to make sure he is safe and well.
“We don’t know which direction François took, but he may have sought shelter in one location or be heading in the direction of Fort Augustus.”
