Chelsea won the Women’s Super League for the fifth time in a row after beating Manchester United 6-0 in Emma Hayes’ final match as manager.

It was a nerve-wracking climax to the season as Chelsea’s victory took Manchester City to second place in the table on goal difference.

Mayra Ramirez scored twice, while Johanna Rytting Kaneryd, Sjoeke Nusken, Melanie Leupolz and Fran Kirby also scored for the west London side.
