THIS is the chilling moment a vile rapist who secretly filmed the women he enslaved is captured – after cops make a horrific discovery.
Sick Nicholas Moxham, 52, was jailed for his twisted crimes after he was seen lurking around homeless shelters.
The depraved man was recruiting women as sex workers and persuading them to come to his house.
There he would keep them as slaves, watching them with hidden cameras spread throughout his house.
Moxham also filmed himself raping them – sometimes when they were unconscious.
And when police raided his home, they found one of his victims – “pale and malnourished” on the floor of his living room.
Moxham has now been found guilty of a series of crimes against women – including rape, prostitution, slavery and sexual assault.
Many of the charges stem from horror crimes committed at his Manchester home, where he set up secret cameras to watch his victims and film their sickening behavior.
Moxham first came to the attention of Greater Manchester Police in June and July 2020 after someone reported spotting a man called ‘Nick’ wandering around homeless shelters.
He was also seen hanging around sex workers.
Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court heard how, over time, the vile man recruited six sex workers and arranged for them to meet him at his home in Heaton Chapel and another address in Longsight.
Moxham would then film the women using secret cameras hidden in pens and other equipment.
Sickening footage showed him raping or sexually assaulting his victims – sometimes when they were unconscious.
When officers raided Moxham’s home in August 2021, they found a “pale and malnourished” woman under a duvet on her living room floor.
The investigation found his other five victims.
A search of his home revealed computer hard drives, storage devices and spy cameras.
Moxham attempted to hide the device by throwing a hard drive out the window as officers swarmed.
He was yesterday found guilty following a five-week trial at Manchester Minshull Street Crown Court.

- Penetration assault x3
- Voyeurism x13
Detective Sergeant Lee Attenborough, from Stockport CID, said: “This is one of the most horrific and disturbing cases my team has ever had to deal with.
“Moxham is a controlling and predatory sex offender who thought he was untouchable, denying his horrendous crimes until the end, forcing his victims to go through the ordeal of a trial.
“He has shown absolutely no respect for any of his victims, some of whom will not even know they were targeted due to the calculated and secretive methods he used to take advantage.
“His crime was well planned and continued while he was under investigation, even bragging to one of his victims that he was too smart for the police.
“His victims were extremely brave and I can only commend them for coming forward to give evidence against Moxham. I know it wasn’t easy, but thanks to their courageous actions, Moxham is off our streets and will now face considerable time behind bars .
“I know reporting crimes like this can be incredibly difficult and traumatic, but we would urge anyone who has experienced violence or controlling behavior of any kind to come forward.
“If anyone has been affected by this case or believes they may have been targeted, we have specialist officers who can help.
“We are determined to bring offenders to justice and make Manchester a safer place for everyone.”
