British businessman Mike Lynch has been cleared of all charges by a US jury in the high-profile fraud case relating to the sale of his Autonomy software company to Hewlett-Packard (HP) in 2011.
Lynch, who was extradited to the United States to stand trial just over a year ago, was acquitted along with former financial executive Stephen Chamberlain, who faced the same charges.
