MEL B’s ex-husband Stephen Belafonte could be questioned by UK police over harassment allegations made by her.
They are investigating after the Spice Girl, 49, complained that the U.S. film the producer stalked her while visiting Britain last week.
Sources say Mel still “lives in fear” of him after alleging he hit and abused her during her ten years married.
She has a restraining order against him in the US.
Belafonte, 49 – who took £4million legal action claiming her account of bullying was false and destroyed her reputation – brought her daughter Maddison, 12, to visit Mel.
He has custody because she is a US citizen.
But Mel contacted local police in North Yorkshire, claiming he had intimidated her.
A source said a drone flew over his house and a courier was sent to serve him with the warrant, despite him already being with his lawyer.
They added: “Mel believes this represented harassment by Belafonte.”
It is understood that Belafonte returned to the US last Friday.
North Yorkshire Police declined to discuss the case.
A spokesperson for the force said: “North Yorkshire Police will not be commenting.”
Mel B also declined to comment.
