A UK ticket holder has won the £33 million EuroMillions jackpot, the National Lottery said.
The ticket, which was brought in the UK, was the only one to match all five main numbers plus both Lucky Stars, raising an incredible £33,078,306.60.
The lucky winner is now being encouraged to come forward as they have not yet claimed their winnings.
“What a great way to start the month,” said Andy Carter, senior winner advisor at the National Lottery.
“Players are asked to check their tickets and call us if they think they are tonight’s winner.”
The winning numbers were 11, 13, 29, 31 and 47 with Lucky Stars 01 and 11.
Another UK ticket, reference HPMD34450, won £1 million in the Millionaire Maker game.

Describing what it’s like to win big in the lottery, retired British Gas worker Raymond Young, 63, said in May that he brought a new car and a holiday home after pocketing the £500,000 Thunderball jackpot prize.
He said he thought he dreamed that his numbers had gone up – but realized the next morning that his dream was in fact reality.
Tuesdays EuroMillions the jackpot is estimated at £14 million.
