The video shows Jay beaming as he dances with his arms in the air at a crowded pool party.

Loud music can be heard as Jay smiles and takes in the busy scene around him.

Accompanied by a yellow heart emoji, Lucy captioned a clip on her Instagram Story: “Dancing as always.”

Lucy was one of the last people Jay spoke to before he tragically died in a remote mountainous region of Tenerife on June 17.

He traveled to an Airbnb in the remote village of Masca with two men after leaving a music festival at a nightclub almost an hour’s drive away.

Later that morning, he called Lucy to say he was thirsty, lost, and his phone battery was almost dead.

His cell phone went off at 8:50 a.m. near a hiking trail in the Rural de Teno national park — an 11-hour walk from his apartment in the south of the island.

Police spent nearly two weeks searching the vast area with drones, helicopters and sniffer dogs before launching a private search.

Jay’s desperate father Warren, 58, and brother Zak, 24, also continued the hunt – retracing Jay’s steps almost every day in the scorching heat.

After 29 days, Jay’s body was found on July 15 deep in a ravine near where his phone last rang on a telephone tower.

Jay Slater’s mysterious second Airbnb friend was revealed as he and the drug dealer were the last to see the teenager break their silence.mp4

Dramatic footage showed the moment a helicopter crew member was hoisted into the abyss with his arms raised in the delicate recovery operation.

An autopsy carried out in the UK confirmed that Jay died from traumatic head injuries consistent with a “fall from height”.

The coroner’s report said his death would have been instantaneous.

After Jay’s body was found, Lucy shared an emotional tribute, saying she was “speechless.”

She wrote: “Honestly, speechless.

“Always the happiest and smiling person in the room, you were one of a kind, Jay, and you will be missed more than you know.

“I’m sure you’ll ‘have your dancing shoes shined and ready’ waiting for us all.

“We all love you, friend. Fly high.”

Lucy, 18, shared the message alongside a series of images and videos of the friends together over the years.

It turns out that Jay’s funeral is scheduled for tomorrow at Accrington Cemetery in Lancashire, near Jay’s hometown of Oswaldtwistle.

Mourners were asked not to bring bouquets, but could “bring a single rose to place with Jay”.

Devastated mother Debbie Duncan, 55, vowed to give her beloved son the “send-off he deserves”.

In tribute, Jay’s family described the football-mad apprentice bricklayer as a “loving son”.

It said: “At the age of five, Jay started playing football for Huncoat United FC until he was 17 and also had a few seasons with St Joesph’s Sunday team.

“He also loved spending time relaxing with friends.

“Jay’s love for music and dance began at a young age.

“He loved attending music festivals and events across the country and also loved socializing and meeting new people.

“Jay will be greatly missed by all who knew him.”
