The rapper had a hearing on Friday to discuss his rape.

Her father, Johnathan Porter, was the first to break the news through emotional videos on Instagram Stories.

Porter posted tearful videos from his car, expressing his anger at the justice system and confirming his son’s four-year sentence.

“Stay strong, son,” he wrote in one Instagram Story.

In another story, posted to X, an angry Porter yelled at the camera and spoke inaudibly.

Blueface’s manager Wack 100 shared that the rapper would not serve his entire four-year prison sentence, according to a TikTok video from The Donat Show, a user who has been following the rapper’s legal problems.

The rapper had already spent more than 400 days in prison following previous probation violations, so his sentence was reduced to three years.

Wack 100 went on to say that the wrapper would serve a third of his sentences in state prison.

“He will be home in 9 to 10 months,” the coach said.

SUSPENDED SENTENCE

In 2023, Blueface was given a suspended sentence of up to five years for shooting a man outside a strip club in Las Vegas.

He pleaded guilty to using a firearm and battery during the October 2022 shooting.

The man, who was shot outside the Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club in Nevada, said he recognized the rapper from a conversation earlier in the night.

The man said he made a joke about Blueface “talking to some women in a cheap vehicle,” according to documents obtained by the CBS affiliate KLAS.

According to documents about the incident, “[The victim] was trying to leave in his truck after the altercation and stated that the men may have thought he was ‘looking for a gun’ and began shooting at him in his truck.”

Cool Blueface Battles

Blueface, 27, whose real name is Johnathan Jamall Porter, has had several legal battles

September 2021 – Blueface was arrested after attacking a security guard outside Skinny’s Lounge in Los Angeles.

November 2022 – The rapper was arrested and charged with attempted murder following a shooting outside the Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club in Las Vegas in October 2022.

June 2023- Blueface was arrested for robbery in Las Vegas in June 2023.

The rapper was arrested a month later and the plea deal he reached cleared the charges of attempted murder and possession of a weapon by a prohibited person.

During the trial, the victim, who called himself Kentabius Traylor, said he was “disappointed” and “lost faith in the justice system.”

He also criticized the judge for allowing Blueface to avoid prison with a suspended sentence.

“I just feel like it wasn’t done in my case, I mean it wasn’t done in my name. I know people who get more time for stealing gum, honestly. than for shooting someone,” he continued.

“I’m completely disappointed with all of this.

“I hate the way my name was mocked on social media before I could even find out. Like I said, just this whole process was a complete ball drop.”
