Another heat warning issued for Central Florida on Saturday

A heat warning is in effect for Central Florida on Saturday, with peak heat ratings reaching as high as 109 degrees, the National Weather Service said.

Thunderstorms with scattered lightning will move east and collide with sea breezes near the coast in the afternoon, the NWS said. Severe storms are possible.

The high today will be 92 degrees and the low will be 78 degrees.
