Mica Miller’s husband, who committed suicide days after filing for divorce, admitted to posting a nude photo of her in a Facebook group before he died.

Pastor John Paul Miller of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, wrote an email apology confessing that he posted the photo to try to hurt his wife after she began opening up about her sins.

Mica, 30, was found dead from a gunshot wound in North Carolina’s Lumber River State Park, near the South Carolina border, on April 27.

An investigation into Mica’s death is ongoing, but it has been ruled a suicide and John-Paul is not a suspect.

A medical examiner confirmed Mica died from a single gunshot wound and said it was self-inflicted on Monday.

“I’m sorry for putting a photo of you on the internet,” the apology email said, NewsNation reported.

“It lasted less than an hour and was immediately removed.

“I was hurt because you were telling everyone horrible intimate details of my past sin, and I just wanted to try to hurt you.

“Please forgive me. It was bad of me to do that.

WE CAN DO NOTHING

The apology email came in response to Mica going to the police to report a nude image of her being posted in a Facebook group called “big boobs and beautiful curves” on April 8.

Mica told police that her husband was the only person she sent the photo to.

However, police said that because the nipples were blurred in the image, it didn’t qualify as technically nude and they couldn’t do anything.

Pastor John-Paul Miller asked the church not to discuss wife Micca’s death when he announced it at the service and blamed it on ‘suicide’

A police report said: “The complainant further advised that he is the only person she has sent this type of photo to.”

“Although the complainants’ breasts are exposed, the nipple is out of focus, not meeting the SC Code of Laws for nudity.”

The photo was also posted on an anonymous account, which meant that “there was no way to prove that he was the one who actually posted the photo”.

Police also told Mica “Once a photo is sent, the person the photo was sent to is now the owner of the photo,” according to reports.

The apology email was sent a few days after Mica sent a statement to her divorce lawyer explaining the details of her abuse.

The statement was sent about nine days before she died.

“Since the day we became husband and wife, I have been abused in every way I can imagine,” Mica said.

“Emotionally, sexually, spiritually, financially and physically.

He simply sucked the life out of her and made her decay. Once they were married, her behavior quickly worsened.

“He harassed me physically and electronically with letters, phone calls, emails and text messages, hacking my emails, hacking my personal Facebook and impersonating me.

“Using my stolen phone to text and email church members pretending to be me, texting friends and family saying I’m sleeping with teenagers from our church, and showing up in person at places around town…

“For installing 3 different tracking devices on my vehicle.”

John-Paul was a pastor at Solid Rock at Market Common in Myrtle Beach and said he would take a leave of absence after announcing Mica’s death.

ASK FOR HELP

Mica stated that she felt John-Paul had groomed her since she was young, according to her testimony.

Family members said John-Paul isolated Mica and turned her into a totally different version of herself.

Mica’s father, Michael Francis, said: “He just sucked the life out of her and made her decline,” according to News Nation.

“As soon as they got married, her behavior quickly deteriorated.”

TRACKED

Miller contacted authorities on March 11 after discovering his tires had been punctured for the second time in a week.

Later that same day, while changing her tire, she made another surprising discovery: a tracking device in her car, a police report said, according to NBC affiliate WFLA.

In his report to police, Miller mentioned that it was the second time in a week that his tire had been tampered with with a razor.

Officers noted the presence of a metal object embedded in his tire, identifying it as a tire deflation device available for purchase online.

However, authorities refrained from releasing the suspect’s identity, citing insufficient evidence to pursue charges against them.

It was revealed that Miller had sought a restraining order against this individual prior to his death, according to police records.
