Jennifer Lopez has deflected questions that her marriage to Ben Affleck is headed for divorce amid rumors.
The 54-year-old actress and singer criticized a journalist who asked her if there was any truth to the rumors during a press conference for her new Netflix movie, Atlas.
Footage from the event in Mexico City on social media shows a journalist asking: “Is your divorce with Ben Affleck real? These rumors?
“What is the truth? For the press le Mexicana [for the Mexican press]What is the truth of the situation?”
LopezSimu Liu’s co-star, best known for playing Shang-Chi in the 2021 Marvel film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, immediately chimed in, saying, “Okay, we’re not doing that.”

Then he added: “Don’t come in with that energy, please.”
Lopez also leaned forward and looked directly at the journalist, responding: “You know better than that.”
The Jenny From The Block singer has been promoting the new sci-fi film she is a producer on, without Affleck, 51.
She is also preparing to embark on her This Is Me… film tour now at the end of June, sharing footage from rehearsals on social media.

Affleck He was also absent from the Met Gala in New York earlier this month, even though Lopez was co-chair of this year’s fashion event.
The pair married in July 2022 having previously been engaged before a high-profile breakup in 2004.
