Dzhanhot, near the sprawling Gelendzhik Palace, and Krinitsa – which could also belong to the dictator – were hit.

The explosions occurred just 11 and 6.5 kilometers respectively from the heavily guarded palace.

It showed off a stunning new milestone for Ukraine – marking the furthest an unmanned attack aircraft has flown during the war.

The result also showed a serious weakness in the Russiaof air defenses – in a humiliating result for the tyrant.

One of the drones reportedly targeted a nuclear early warning radar station in Orsk, in the Orenburg region.

Another Voronezh M long-range nuclear missile radar station in Krasnodar has already been targeted – sparking fury in Moscow.

Kiev believes that radar stations are used for military purposes against Ukraine in war.

RADAR SYSTEM TARGETS

Fire damage was clearly visible in buildings linked to the Voronezh radar station in Krasnodar, a £13.15 million base providing radar coverage for 3,750 miles.

A source from Ukraine’s GUR military intelligence said: “The Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle covered a distance of more than 1,800 kilometers to the enemy object, setting a new record for the break kamikaze drones.”

Russian sources reported that a UAV “crashed near Orsk” and the target of the drone “was possibly a military installation”.

Dmitry Rogozin, 60, a pro-Putin senator, former deputy prime minister and former head of the Russian Space Agency, said attacking radar stations would provoke nuclear tensions.

He said: “We are not just at the threshold, but already at the limit, beyond which, if the enemy is not stopped in such actions, an irreversible collapse in the strategic security of the nuclear powers will begin.”

And Rogozin – who as head of the Russian space agency played a key role in testing the Satan-2 – or Sarmat – rocket, Russiamost powerful weapon, blamed the US.

He snarled, “Washington ordered a crime, hiring an irresponsible crook who tries to damage our missile attack warning system facilities.”

He also threatened World War III: “We can assume… that it was carried out on Kiev’s own initiative or on the orders of some military maniac in the Ukrainian Armed Forces who wants to trigger a Third World War.”

BLACK SEA PALACE

Another drone strike reportedly hit the same area near Vlad’s palace last week – in what could be an attempt to Ukraine to shake Putin.

Putin-friendly governor of the Krasnodar region, Veniamin Kondratyev, was at pains to claim that Russian air defenses had neutralized all attacks drones.

He said: “Air defense neutralized all drones.

“Drone debris damaged an unfinished building in the village of Krinitsa.

“A drone crashed into trees in the village of Dzhankhot, the fire was put out.”

Belarusian opposition channel NEXTA said: “The target of the Ukrainian drones could be Putin’s palace in Gelendzhik…..

“Krinitsa is home to vineyards and a winery that may belong to the Russian dictator’s residence.”

The drone News came amid reports that Putin is renovating his palace after he suffered embarrassment over its original decor.

He is getting rid of his pole dancing room and installing a church with a “throne” for his personal use.

The 71-year-old dictator was hurt when investigative journalists discovered the glitzy Gelendzhik Palace overlooking the Black Sea three years ago.

Amid a scandal over the misuse of state funds, the Kremlin claimed it belonged to his friend Arkady Rotenburg, 72, who told reporters he was creating a sumptuous “apartment hotel”.

Gone are the dictator’s notorious striptease stage and the pole-dancing hookah lounge, the casino, games room and ‘aqua disco’, for which he was ridiculed and shamed in the 2021 publicity.
