Donald Trump’s criminal conviction for falsifying business records to cover up a money payment to a porn star is historic.
But does not prohibit it run for president again.

Expected in the coming weeks – The Supreme Court will rule on immunity
Triumph claims that former presidents have immunity from prosecution for acts committed while in office, which one district judge described as a “lifetime get-out-of-jail-free pass.”

It could have major implications, as Trump still faces three other criminal cases, including two related to efforts to overturn his 2020 election loss and a third centered on his keeping secret government documents at his Florida property.
It is also an important constitutional decision for the United States.
June 27th – First face to face with Biden
The initial debate between Trump and his rival Joe Biden of this year’s election campaign is taking place at CNN’s studios in Atlanta.
For the first time, it will happen without a hearing after Biden’s team expressed concern about people disrupting the exchange.

Tens of millions of people are ready to tune in, and the Democratic president will almost certainly take advantage of Trump’s conviction and other legal problems.
Those three criminal cases are moving very slowly as the former president tries to delay them until after the election.
None currently have trial dates scheduled and appear unlikely to begin before November.
July 11: Trump sentenced in hush money case
While a prison sentence of up to four years is possible, Trump is believed to avoid jail time as your conviction He is quite minor and has no criminal record.

A fine or probation is a more realistic scenario.
The sentencing is likely to be handed down in the same Manhattan court where the trial took place.
July 15-18: Republicans confirm Trump as candidate
The Republican Party is holding its national convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and will officially confirm Trump as its presidential candidate.

It’s already a foregone conclusion after Trump’s success in winning delegates in state primaries earlier this year.
The vice presidential candidate will also be chosen, although at the moment it is not clear who it will be.
September, 10th – Trump vs Biden second round
Trump faces Biden for the second time in a debate hosted by ABC News as the election campaign ramps up with less than two months to go.
The location, and whether it will have a studio audience, is yet to be confirmed.
16 of September – Third possible confrontation with Biden
The candidates could face each other again in the first of three 90-minute events planned by the Presidential Debates Commission, the traditional organizer of these confrontations.

However, their participation is not confirmed as both have expressed concerns about the timing, saying it will take place after people in some states are able to vote early.
November 5th – American voters go to the polls to elect their president.
It remains to be seen whether (and to what extent) Donald Trump’s conviction will affect his chances.
His claim that the trial was a political conspiracy could galvanize his supporters and others who sympathize with him, but polls indicate he will not be well received by independent voters.
