DONALD Trump’s ex-lawyer’s second photo released after his plea in 2020 voter fraud case.
Rudy Giuliani, 80, was seen smiling from ear to ear in his latest booking photo for allegedly pressuring election officials to change the results of the 2020 election.
Giuliani previously pleaded not guilty to nine charges against him on May 21.
The former New York mayor and Trump adviser previously criticized the accusation.
“I’ve been sued about 20 to 25 times for a movement very similar to this, which is, let’s see what we can do to destroy Donald Trump,” Giuliani said during his court appearance.
“I consider this charge a complete embarrassment to the American legal system, but I have shown no tendency not to comply.”

The former lawyer received notice of his indictment on his 80th birthday.
Giuliani was one of many Trump allies named in the recent Arizona indictment.
Former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, legal counsel Boris Epshteyn and former campaign adviser Mike Roman were also named in the case.
“In Arizona and the United States, the people elected Joseph Biden as president on November 3, 2020,” says the indictment according to the Daily mail.
Trump has not been indicted in the case, but is believed to be “Unindicted Co-Conspirator 1.”
“Unwilling to accept this fact, the defendants and unindicted co-conspirators planned to prevent the lawful transfer of the presidency to keep Unindicted Co-conspirator 1 in office, against the will of Arizona voters:
At the time, he was celebrated with Trump supporters Roger Stone and Steve Bannon last month.
“The mayor wasn’t bothered and even laughed when he received the papers and left,” one participant told the publication.
“The guests were visibly angry as they shouted at the individuals serving the former mayor.”
Giuliani spokesman Ted Goodman told the publication he was not bothered by the warning.
“He enjoyed an incredible night with hundreds of people who love him – from all walks of life – and we hope for revenge soon,” he said.
However, other guests cried during the festivities after discovering what was happening.
Giuliani had previously provoked authorities in Arizona by posting a photo of his X party.
The lawyer told authorities that time was running out to assist him in the case.
