A local school district and police division have teamed up to offer free lunches to the community this summer.
The Springfield Police Division and the Springfield City School District have partnered to offer a summer feeding program at the Police Substation at 17 W. Johnny Lytle Avenue, according to a social media post.
The program will be offered Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to noon.

A free lunch will be available to any student 18 years of age or younger.
It will run until August 2nd, excluding June 19th and July 4th.
