RAPPER Julio Foolio died after being shot along with three other people while celebrating his 26th birthday.
Foolio’s lawyer, Lewis Fusco, confirmed the tragedy on Sunday.
The Jacksonville, Florida rapper, whose real name is Charles Jones, reportedly threw a huge birthday party on Friday night in nearby Tampa.
The deadly shooting occurred in the parking lot of a Holiday Inn, as reported by the local NBC affiliate. WFLA.
The rapper could be seen having fun with friends during the extended celebrations on Instagram history before police allegedly asked them to change locations.
The group was trying to get a room at the hotel at the time of the shooting, police said.

“What we learned, and this is early in the investigation, was that two cars were shot at,” said Joneé Lewis, public information officer for the Tampa Police Department.
Police confirmed that Jones, also known as Foolio, was killed in the conflict.
“Looks like [the others] will survive their injuries,” Lewis said.
Investigators continue to question witnesses and search surveillance footage for more clues about what happened.
Jones has reportedly been shot at least once more in the past three years, according to WFLA.
