AN ASPIRING model who fled her country after biting her ex-boyfriend’s tongue has been arrested following a manhunt.
Adaia Lopez, 26, from Spain, cruelly ripped out her partner’s tongue in June 2017, when he abandoned her after asking for a “last kiss”.

The model was behind bars last night for the brutal scenes of June 26 seven years ago after being tracked down in Catalonia.
She is ready to be transported to prison after appearing before a judge to begin his six-year prison sentence for the violent revenge attack.
The victim had speech and taste problems.
Lopez is believed to have flown to Thailand following the Horror attack, but a anonymous informant took police officers to find her.
She was accused by the victim’s lawyer Pepe Rey from vacationing in the tropical country while out on bail.
But she was found much closer to home – crouched in a squat in the Costa Brava resort of Sant Antoni de Calonge, north of Barcelona.
The Spanish woman, described as an aspiring model on an agency website where she shows off her tattoos in lingerie, fled after the attack.
She was ordered to pay £50,000 compensation and given 15 days to prison after being convicted of injuring her partner.
But the fugitive did not appear at the prison gates until her 15 days were up.
Lopez claimed her bizarre savagery was motivated by self-defense after suffering domestic violence at the hands of Aaron, who she claimed tried to drown her.
However, she lost appeals against her conviction and sentence.
His violent attack left his victim, known only as Aaron, suffering from speech and taste problems after being hospitalized.
The “irreversible” damage happened after Lopez, then 18, used his teeth like “tweezers” to pull out part of Aaron’s tongue.
The savagery ensued before she spat out her tongue after begging for a “last kiss” when he tried to break off the relationship.
A neighbor of the couple, who lived together near Barcelona, heard their screams and ran to help, before being rushed to hospital, where doctors managed to stop the bleeding.
Lopez was then arrested by police but refused to give a statement and was initially released but later charged.
Aaron, aged 40 at the time, was so seriously injured that he needed professional help to improve his speech problems.
It is also said that he lost his sense of taste and the ability to differentiate between sweet and savory foods.
The couple had a six-month on-and-off relationship after meeting online in December 2016.
Aaron ironically cited her bad mood as his reason for breaking up with Lopez, who is 22 years his junior.
The victim’s lawyer, Pepe Rey, stated last year, after Adaia lost appeals against her conviction and sentence while out on bail, that social media photos showed that she was enjoying it holidays In Thailand.
