A 39-year-old man was cut in the face during a confrontation with another passenger at the Fulton St. subway station, police said.

The victim was waiting on the air conditioning platform inside the station near Broadway around 1:20 a.m. Saturday when he began arguing with another man.

The two quickly began fighting, witnesses told police. During the altercation, the suspect pulled out a knife and cut the victim on the right side of his face, deputies said. He also cut off his right arm.

EMS rushed the victim to Bellevue Hospital where he was treated.

The killer, who was wearing an orange jacket, jumped onto a Brooklyn-bound A train and disappeared, cops said.

No arrests were made. It was not immediately clear whether the two knew each other or what they were arguing about.
