Justin Timberlake appeared to joke about his recent arrest for driving under the influence at a concert in Boston.

A source told Page Six, the New York Post’s celebrity and entertainment site, that Timberlake said “quietly” during the arrest: “This is going to ruin the tour.”

Timberlake has strongly denied the allegations and his lawyer said he looks forward to “defend vigorously” the singer.

The 43-year-old, who first found fame as a member of the pop band NSYNC, spent the night in custody after his arrest until he was arraigned in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court and released.

The hearing date is scheduled for July 26.
