The Sag Harbor Village Police Department said Timberlake was stopped at 12:37 a.m. local time (5:27 a.m. UK time) on Tuesday, June 18 after officers saw him “fail to stop at a stop sign properly.” placed and failing to maintain your lane of travel” while driving. a BMW.

The 43-year-old, who first found fame as a member of the pop band NSYNC, spent the night in custody after his arrest until he was arraigned in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court and released.
The hearing date is scheduled for July 26.
