Travis Kelce has revealed that his surprise cameo at Taylor Swift’s London show was his idea.

The 34-year-old American football star. He joined his girlfriend on stage for the first time at the Eras Tour concert at Wembley Stadium.

Speaking about the origin of the sketch on his New Heights podcast, Kelce he told his brother and co-host Jason: “I initially mentioned it to Tay.”

“I thought, ‘How fun it would be if I just got on one of those bikes during the 1989 era.'”

Fast He initially laughed, he said, before asking, “Would you really be willing to do something like that?”

Kelce said, “I was like, ‘What? I’d love to do that, are you kidding me? I’ve seen enough of the show; I might as well get to work here.”

He appeared on stage dressed in a tuxedo and top hat, performing a few dance moves before carrying Swift, who appears to be fainting, to a couch.

That was the most stressful part of the performance, he said.

“The only thing I told myself was ‘don’t drop the baby.’ Don’t drop Taylor in your path on this couch.”

The star then donned a two-piece sequin costume, while Kelce pretended to put on more makeup, and performed I Can Do It With A Broken Heart from her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Kelce said it was “an absolute marvel” and an “honor” to join Swift on stage.

“It’s a very fun and fun part of the show.

“I didn’t let Taylor down, so that’s all that really matters,” he added.

Kelce also met Prince William and his children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, at one of the Wembley shows.

A photo of the group was posted on Instagram on June 21, the same day William turned 42.

In a previous episode of the New Heights podcastKelce said the Prince of Wales “was the coolest bastard.”

“They were an absolute pleasure to me, I wasn’t sure if I should bow to them or bow to them, or just be an American idiot and shake their hand.”
