In a video posted to X, formerly Twitter, by New York Post reporter Jon Levine (@Levine Jonathan) Barron, 18, remained silent as former President Donald Trump touted his success in the first debate for the 2024 presidential election.

The presumptive Republican nominee, 78, can be heard telling a group of people nearby how he demolished President Joe Biden, 81, during Thursday’s debate.

“How was the debate the other night?” the elder Trump asked the group of people around him as he handed out what appeared to be a dollar bill.

Everyone in the group responded to the former president with lots of praise, while Trump stated that he “kicked that old, broken pile of trash” in reference to Biden.

“Did you know he’s dropping out of the race,” Trump continues, referring to rumors that Biden may drop out of the Democratic nomination due to his poor debate performance.

“He just dropped out, you know. He’s dropping out of the race. I took him out of the race,” Trump continued. “And now that means we have Kamala.”

The former president then fired back at the current vice president, saying: “I think she will get better.”

“She’s so mean,” Trump said of Harris, 59, prompting some laughter from viewers. “She’s so pathetic.”

Trump also claims that Harris is “very bad”.

The former president then attacks Biden again.

“Can you imagine that guy dealing with [Vladimire] Putin,” Trump scoffs.

“[or] the president of China? Who is a fierce person, who is a fierce man,” Trump continues, adding “a very tough guy.”

At this point in the video, Trump manages to get back into the cart and prepares to leave.

Barron Trump’s life

Barron Trump is Donald Trump’s youngest son. He was selected as one of the Florida Republican Party’s delegates ahead of the Republican National Convention this summer. The US Sun takes a look back at Barron Trump’s life.

Barron Trump was born on March 20, 2006, to parents Melania and Donald Trump.

Barron was seen with his father Donald when the mogul received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2007.

During his childhood, he was also photographed with his parents at the US Open tennis championship.

Barron went viral when he drowsily struggled to keep his eyes open as Donald gave a victory speech after the 2016 presidential election.

Barron attended school in New York before continuing his studies in Maryland in May 2017.

In January 2021, Donald Trump left Washington DC after losing the 2020 presidential election. The family went to Florida.

Barron continued his education at Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Barron turned 18 on March 20, 2024. He missed the opportunity to vote for his father in the Florida Republican Party primary by one day.

He is expected to graduate from Oxbridge Academy in May 2024 and will be eligible for postgraduate study at New York University.

Barron was named one of the Florida Republican Party’s 41 delegates to the Republican National Convention.

The video ends with Trump reiterating to the flock of fans that Biden is in fact dropping out of the race and plans to “continue to knock him out.”

Despite Trump’s help, it is currently unknown whether his political rival is actually giving up.

On Wednesday, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre assured the media that Biden is “clear-eyed and staying in the race.”

Jean-Pierre doubled down on Biden’s comments, explaining that his poor performance on debate night was due to a cold and jet lag from his trips to Europe.

Concerns about Biden’s mental health were also raised when a cheeky reporter asked whether the president had “Alzheimer’s or dementia.”

“No. And I hope you’re asking the other guy exactly the same question,” Jean-Pierre replied.

Reporters also asked Jean-Pierre if it was true that Biden takes an “afternoon nap every day.”

“Let me be very clear about this – this is a president who wakes up every morning and puts the American people first,” replied Jean-Pierre with a mischievous smile on his face.

“That’s what he does. He does it every day. That’s his focus. I’m not going to talk to sources out there, unnamed sources out there.”

Throughout the video, Barron appeared haggard and morose.
