HUNTER Biden’s legal team has withdrawn its motion for a new trial in his gun case.

The change comes weeks later BidenFirst Son’s lawyers filed a request for a new trial and promised to appeal First Son’s conviction.

Biden, 54, was convicted of three felony gun charges on June 11 after a Delaware the jury determined he lied on a federal firearm application in 2018 while he was an active drug user.

Biden’s lawyers requested a new trial in their June 24 motion, arguing that a federal appeal court did not give the trial court a formal green light to proceed after rejecting his appeals.
