GYPSY Rose Blanchard responded to questions about her pregnancy by sharing a timeline of her relationship with her ex-husband and new partner.
Blanchard, 32, who announced she is expecting a baby this week, wants to set the record straight as she works to secure her divorce from her ex, Ryan Anderson.

“Left Ryan on March 23rd, got her period on April 17th, made love to Ken and only him on April 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th and conceived on May 4th, tested positive on May 24th,” she wrote in a TikTok Comment.
“Ken is the father.”
Questions about her child’s father stem from a Louisiana law that is complicating her divorce.
If a child’s mother is married to someone other than the biological father when the child was conceived or has been divorced for less than 300 days when the baby is born, her ex is presumed to be the father, e.g. US Justice Law.
Although the new mother has been adamant that her current boyfriend Ken Urker is the father of her child, in the eyes of the law, Anderson’s name would be written on the birth certificate.
Urker would have to take a paternity test to legally prove he was the father to the law.
During her video announcement, Blanchard said she was 11 weeks pregnant and due January 25th.
She hasn’t finalized her divorce with Anderson, so given the time frame, Urker will still have to take a test to prove her worth.
