An emergency room doctor who attended former President Trump’s rally revealed he performed CPR on an attendee after shots were fired.
The doctor stated that in the initial confusion he believed the shots were fireworks.
“I heard the shots. I thought they were fireworks. Someone there was shouting ‘he was shot, he was shot,’ said the doctor who was at the rally in Pennsylvania for The Daily Mail.
“So I went over there. I said I’m an emergency room doctor. Let me help you.”
The doctor, who was wearing a blood-stained T-shirt, later told CBS that the man “was trapped between the benches.”
“There is a lot of blood and he had brain matter,” he told the channel.
