‘Clearly no quality control,’ angers Sam’s Club member after finding mold for 4th time this year — chain unapologetic

A SAM’S Club shopper was furious after finding mold on one of his items for the fourth time this year.

The buyer quickly took to social media to share a photo of the disgusting mistake.

“@SamsClub I’m tired of you replacing brand names with your brand,” he wrote User X Harry Delien.

He posted a photo of the cheese stick, which had a black stain despite the product being sealed.

“Today’s challenge… shape the cheese stick on. Fourth time this year,” Harry continued.

“There’s clearly no quality control where you get this garbage and put your name on it.”

Harry stated that the cheese It already had mold on it before it was sealed for purchase.

He received a response from the official Sam’s Club Help X account, thanking him for bringing the incident to their attention.

“We would like to look into this for you,” the tweet said.

“Could you send us a DM with more details? Click the link below to continue via chat.”

The response notably did not include an apology.

BUY FLOP

Turns out another shopper was left frustrated after a bad delivery experience left their items crumpled.

However, the warehouse club defended the customer but did not offer an apology.

Sam’s Club, I love you. I make. But you guys are the worst at packing boxes for shipping,” wrote shopper Jenny Brown on X.

Brown also shared photos of the damaged items, which included a container of garlic and a bottle of olives. oil.

Both items were dented and the box they were shipped in was stained, meaning one of the products may have spilled.

Sam’s Club asked Brown to DM the store for further help, however, did not apologize for the damaged products.

Club member Robert Linthicum criticized X for the rule, writing that it forced him to leave behind a cart with $200 worth of groceries.

He explained that he was self-checking out and scanning his membership card, but the register denied him the ability to complete his purchases.

“On-screen response: ‘Pay us $40 for the privilege of shopping before 10am,'” he raged.

Linthicum said he pressed a button to call for help, but when no one came, he abandoned his shopping.
