A HORRIBLE video shows the moment a child’s body is tragically found in a bin after he was falsely reported missing by his alleged killer mother.
The Las Vegas body camera footage police police officer captured an officer’s reaction after finding the body of missing 2-year-old Jacoby Robinson Jr..
At the start of the late-night clip, a cop mutters to his partner, “F**k, f**k, f**k, f**k, f**k, f**k — just look in there.” “
The police officer pointed in shock at a blue trash can as he continued swearing.
After watching the shocking scene, he told his partner to “Call the subway.”
Little Jacoby was reported missing by his mother, Diaja Smith, 23, who called 911 claiming her son was kidnapped from a park.
“I can’t think right now. I just don’t understand. I don’t understand what happened,” Smith said on the call.
However, security footage from that day tells a different story.
Surveillance of the dumpster where Jacoby’s body was found shows his mother with three of her children before calling police.
Smith pushed two children in a stroller and carried one on his chest in a stroller as he walked with them in a parking lot.
Before crossing the street, the young mother is caught walking towards the trash can, which does not appear in the video.
A loud bang is heard as Smith returns to the camera frame with just two children.
Police believe Jacoby was already dead when Smith threw his body in the dumpster, The Daily Mail reported.
Both Diaja Smith and Jacoby’s father, Jacoby Robinson Sr., 24, were arrested and charged with murder and child abuse.
Court Documents show that the parents allegedly beat their deceased son and younger brother with power cords and belts.
On the same day that Jacoby Jr.’s body was thrown into the dumpster, a Google search on his father’s phone showed “how to perform CPR”, with a subsequent call to the bus tickets from Las Vegas to Los Angeles.
Smith confessed that her son was dead in the stroller, claiming he had a seizure that day, but denied the child abuse allegations.
Jacoby Sr. also denied killing and beating his children, claiming it was Smith who killed his son.
“I didn’t even yell at my kids and I didn’t kill my son,” he said.
“Supposedly it was my girlfriend.”
The pair share five children, two of whom are no longer in either parent’s custody.
Letters between the couple provide some disturbing insights into their conversations surrounding the two-year-old’s death.
“Why didn’t I listen when I told you not to yell anymore when you told me to stop yelling at the kids,” Smith told Jacoby Sr.
“I really hope you can forgive me. Love deep down, I really do. I cherished every moment with you. I wish I had prepared one last meal for us. I’m sorry, I wasn’t thinking straight.”
Smith and Jacoby Sr. are being held without bond and are scheduled to appear in court on August 8.
