Over the weekend, photos of the crime scene were circulated again on social media via a mysterious Google Drive link.

The images are public record as Dee Dee’s murder is a closed case.

However, many have not been seen for several years, shocking social media users at the state house in Springfield, Missouri.

Several photos were of Gypsy’s room, which had pink painted walls and personal belongings scattered around.

Above the bed, a personalized plaque can be seen hanging on the wall that reads “I AM SPECIAL”.

Meanwhile, at the end of the bed, another frightening message appeared printed on the headboard.

“Four corners around my bed / Four angels around my head / One to watch, two to pray / And one to scare away bad things”, says the message.

Several other images released via the Google Drive link show other areas of the house where Dee Dee was killed, as well as her own bedroom.

These photos appear to show blood-stained sheets.

The images began to go viral on social media on July 27th, the same day as Gypsy’s 31st birthday.

Kim Kardashian assures gypsy Rose Blanchard that she has an ‘important future’ and says people should ‘get a second chance’

She and her boyfriend/ex-fiance Ken Urker have not publicly commented on the images, despite being very active on social media.

HOW IT CAME OUT

All images circulating on social media have been in the public domain for some time.

The Green County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to The US Sun that the case of Dee Dee’s murder is closed, meaning the footage is open record.

Anyone can submit a photo access request.

Podcaster and blogger Fancy Macelli, also known as April Johns, revealed in a TikTok video that she owns the link that recently circulated.

“The link that goes to a drive is my files. Yes, it came from my Patreon. Nice of you all to take it down from there and spread it all over the place,” she said.

“These documents, those photos of the crime scene, have been public for nine years. Anyone could have filed a FOIA at any time they wanted and obtained these photos.”

Macelli hosts a true crime podcast called The Good Wives, and allegedly worked with Gypsy while she was still in prison for her mother’s murder, according to a lawsuit filed by the prisoner-turned-influencer.

The action, obtained by Rolling Stonedetails that Macelli worked with Gyspy and her family on a lifetime rights deal to “produce media projects in Gypsy’s name.”

The working relationship ended after two years, during which the content creator had access to interviews, private medical records, photos, court documents and more.

Gypsy and her family accused Macelli of failing to land any media projects during her contract, as well as continuing to create content about Gypsy, sharing private materials, in the years that followed.

The lawsuit accused Macelli of fraud, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, defamation and falsehood.

BRUTAL MURDER

In December 2023, Gypsy was released from prison after serving seven years for the second-degree murder of her mother.

Dee Dee was stabbed to death in the back 17 times in her Springfield home in early June 2015.

The brutal murder occurred after Dee Dee led Gypsy and those around her to believe that her daughter suffered from chronic medical problems caused by a premature birth.

The Missouri woman claimed Gypsy suffered from illnesses including leukemia, asthma and muscular dystrophy and insisted she needed a wheelchair and intense daily medication.

Experts later determined that Dee Dee likely suffered from Munchausen syndrome by proxy, also known as factitious disorder imposed on another (FDIA).

Gypsy and her then-boyfriend Nicholas Godejohn were arrested in connection with the murder.

It later turned out that Godejohn was the one who stabbed Dee Dee in her bedroom.
