ELON Musk was challenged to fight by Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.
The challenge was launched by Maduro on national television after winning a third term, reported the Anadolu Agency.
Following the Venezuelan election results, the CEO of X posted that Maduro’s victory was the result of “massive electoral fraud.”
“Maduro, go away! Venezuelans have chosen to end the communist dictatorship of Nicolás Maduro,” Musk, 53, said in a second post on his social media platform.
“The data announces a crushing victory for the opposition, and the world expects them to recognize defeat after years of socialism, misery, decadence and death.”
Musk’s online violence caught the attention of Maduro, who called the SpaceX founder a threat to the country and then issued his invitation to fight.
“Social media creates a virtual reality and who controls the virtual reality? Our new archenemy, the famous Elon Musk,” said Maduro.
“I’m not afraid of you, Elon Musk. Let’s fight, wherever you want.”
On Wednesday, Musk he responded to the invitation saying: “I accept”.
