An arrest warrant has been issued for the actor who played the Green Ranger in the Power Rangers film franchise over an alleged parking dispute, police say.
A van linked to a man, identified as Héctor David Rivera, was parked in a spot for people with disabilities in a shopping center in Nampa, Idahowhen a man confronted him, city police spokeswoman Carmen Boeger said.
The victim, a man in his 60s who uses a walker, took photographs of the license plate of a van that was parked in the handicapped spot.
The video shows a man pushing the victim to the ground and then standing over him and saying “harsh words,” Boeger said.
The man left the victim on the ground after the incident and left in a four-door pickup truck with Texas license plates, the Nampa Police Department added in a statement on Facebook.
Investigators were able to identify Rivera with the help of dash cam video of the incident and a request for help from the public.
Rivera has not turned himself in and authorities have not found him, police said Wednesday night. a misdemeanor An arrest warrant has been issued.
Rivera and his representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
