Two women were pushed onto the tracks by a stranger at a Lower East Side subway station Monday morning but were not seriously injured, police said.

The victims, who know each other, were pushed by a woman off the F train platform, in the upper part of the city, on the Delancey St.-Essex St. station around 2:15 a.m., cops said.

A good Samaritan helped the victims, aged 27 and 28, back to the platform. There were no trains arriving at the station at that time.

Doctors took the victims to Bellevue Hospital with minor injuries.

Officers patrolling the station ran over and arrested the attacker, police said. Charges against her were pending.

It was not immediately clear whether the attack was unprovoked or whether the suspect and victims argued before the shove.
