According to a new Axios reportTrump has become increasingly chaotic in private as Kamala Harris has surpassed him in several polls, a lead that will likely only increase after next week’s Democratic National Convention. New New York Times searches on Saturday showed Harris leading Trump by four points — just within the margin of error — in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan.
Trump’s anger at the Democrats’ resurgence was apparent for the first time in a Times report on Friday, which noted that Trump repeatedly called Harris a “b—h” in private. He also had an advisor text billionaire Miriam Adelson, one of Trump’s richest supporters and financier of the super PAC Preserve America, to complain that those responsible for the group were “RINOs” – Republicans in name only – according to the Times.

Advisors feared that Adelson, who was reportedly shocked by the explosion, might reduce her donations.
But Trump’s advisers are also aware that they are unlikely to change a 78-year-old man known for his stubbornness. So they’re focused “not on the need for him to change, but on the need to adapt his message to win,” a source told Axios.
“But he have to convince himself leave the other trash behind,” the source continued.
The “deeply shaken” advisers also hope he will deliver a “hard-hitting” new speech that delivers a winning message, and have invested tens of millions in TV ads in an ad campaign targeting states including Georgia, North Carolina and Michigan.
