Seminole County deputies arrested four people in local parks, including Harold Mills, a member of the University of Central Florida Board of Trustees.
Mills is accused of meeting with an undercover officer for inappropriate activities on Thursday.
Deputies also arrested a Seminole County Sheriff’s Office employee, Leroy Green.
The undercover operation took place at Sanlando Park in Altamonte Springs and Liberty Park in Lake Mary.

Deputies said complaints led them to locate at the park, and app users were drawn to the park.
The app is aimed at men who are trying to find themselves.
Undercover deputies said Jairo Areis, Leroy Green, Harold Mills and Eric Tuttle connected with them with the intention of committing a sexual act.

Reports showed that Green worked for the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and was arrested wearing a Youth Services shirt.
Mills’ attorney, Mark Nejame, told Channel 9 he will address the matter in court.
Mills is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Rollins College, serves on the Board of Directors of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, is chairman of the Board of Florida Blue and.

No comment on his arrest, but they are aware and he remains Vice President of the Council.
