FOND DU LAC – Three suspects were arrested in the robbery of 18 Hands Ale Haus that occurred on June 24, the Fond du Lac Police Department said in a July 16 news release.
The robbery occurred around 8:40 p.m. at the bar at 18 E. Division St., during which an employee was thrown to the ground before the suspects left with an undisclosed amount of money, the department said.
Social media posts about the robbery circulated and helped the investigation with tips from the community leading the department to the Manitowoc area.
The Manitowoc Police Department and the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the arrest of a 26-year-old Manitowoc man and a 23-year-old Manitowoc woman on July 8. Both are in custody at the Manitowoc County Jail and are being held on felony probation warrants.

Officers found evidence of the robbery at a Manitowoc residence when executing a search warrant, leading to charges being laid. The man was referred for the charge of robbery with use of force, and the woman was referred for the charge of robbery with use of force, party to the crime.
In addition, a third suspect, aged 16, was charged with robbery with use of force, party to the crime.
No other details were released by the Fond du Lac County Police Department.
