Donald Trump recalled the moment he was shot during a rally in Pennsylvania last month and recounted the events that followed, during a live conversation with X owner Elon Musk.
Trump, who survived the assassination attempt but was left with a bloody ear, said he is now “more of a believer.”
“I knew immediately it was a bullet. I knew immediately it was in the ear…” he said as more than a million listeners gathered to hear the 78-year-old former president.
“For those people who don’t believe in God, I think we all have to start thinking about that,” he added.
He also highlighted that he turned his head at the “perfect angle”, which saved his life.
