A man in the Brazilian city of São Paulo crashed his Lamborghini into a thief who stole his Rolex watch at gunpoint. According to CNN Brazil, the incident occurred in the upscale area of Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima, on Saturday, May 18th. Videos of the incident appeared on social media and were widely shared. The clip shows the green Lamborghini racing towards a two-wheeler – being driven by the thief – as he tries to escape. The thief, however, fled.

The exit said that Lamborghini driver was approached by the thief on a motorcycle while he was stopping the vehicle at a traffic light. He forcefully grabbed the luxurious watch and tried to flee the scene.
Soon the traffic started to move and the Lamborghini driver decided to chase the man in the two-wheeled vehicle, as seen in the video. The car is seen accelerating to catch up with the fleeing motorcyclist.
As the thief attempts to make an illegal left turn, the furious Lamborghini owner steps on the gas and crashes into his motorcycle.
The supercar then crashes into a pole, causing the traffic lights to fall to the ground.
Fortunately, the thief survives and is quickly seen getting up and fleeing the scene of the accident, abandoning his destroyed motorcycle.
Brazilian outlet Metropolises said the watch was valued at 200,000 reais ($40,000 or Rs 32 lakh) and the man suspected of stealing it was identified.
Citing local police, the vehicle reported that the man lives in Taboão da Serra and was using a motorcycle registered in his mother’s name.
When he fled the scene of the accident, he left a 32-caliber revolver used in the robbery and a cell phone, which helped investigators identify him.
