Australian man kidnapped and run over by his own vehicle

A man in Melbourne, Australia was hit by his own vehicle after a car thief took off therefore. The scary situation has been detected security camera and shows how quickly someone can get your ride when the situation is ideal.

The alleged car thief holds on for dear life while the victim escapes.

In images shared by local station 10 News First, you can see the crossing sitting on a narrow street in Melbourne’s Central Business District. A man and a woman had just unloaded items from their vehicle and were on the sidewalk nearby when the car thief approaches.

The suspect appears silently in a electric scooter, loads it through the driver’s side rear door and hops into the driver’s seat. That’s when the man and woman realize that the vehicle is about to be stolen.

Both victims ran to the intersection in an attempt to stop the robber from escaping. As the woman approached the driver’s window and tried to grab the steering wheel, the man put himself in danger by getting in front of the vehicle.

Perhaps the man thought he was blocking the passage with his body, the thief would not leave. He was wrong, almost completely wrong. The suspect simply advanced, dragging the woman aside for a brief moment and literally running over the man.

10 News First says the man suffered serious injuries and was rushed to the hospital. We imagine he was severely maimed by the ordeal. However, he has been stabilized, so at least he will survive.

We wouldn’t dare a car thief or any criminal to run over us in any situation. People who steal and others probably don’t care much about your well-being.

Plus, we don’t know of any vehicle that’s worth risking your life to stop someone from stealing. The guy probably didn’t think and simply thought, but it almost cost him everything.
