The company would “ensure all customers are fully recovered,” said George Kurtz

CrowdStrike CEO George Kurtz apologized for a global technology outage that disrupted multiple industries on Friday, promising to work with all of his customers as they work to get their operations back online.

“We deeply regret the impact we have had on customers, travelers and anyone affected by this, including our company,” he told NBC News’ “Today” show.

“Many of the customers are restarting the system and it is working and will be operational,” said George Kurtz. “It may take some time for some systems to not recover automatically,” he added, but the company “will ensure that all customers are fully recovered.”
