Elon Musk referred to sex change surgery as “child mutilation and sterilization”

New Delhi:

Tesla and SpaceX chief Elon Musk, in an interview with American conservative commentator Jordan Peterson, claimed that his transgender daughter, Vivian Jenna Wilson, was “killed” by what he called the “waking mind virus” after being persuaded to agree with the gender. stating care procedures.

During the interview, Musk referred to sex change surgery as “child mutilation and sterilization.” The world’s richest man said that during the COVID-19 pandemic he was convinced to sign documents for one of his children.

“I was essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my oldest children,” Musk said. “This was actually before I understood what was going on, and we had Covid going on, so there was a lot of confusion and I was told [my child] can commit suicide.”

Musk, who also owns X (formerly Twitter), accused those involved in promoting gender-affirming care of targeting children “who are well below the age of consent.”

“I was tricked into doing this,” Musk said. “I lost my son, essentially. They call it a ‘dead name’ for a reason. The reason they call it a ‘dead name’ is because your son is dead.”

The experience, Musk says, set him on a mission to combat what he describes as the “awake mind virus.” He said, “I swore to destroy the waking mind virus after this. And we are making some progress.”

Vivian Jenna Wilson, Mr. Musk’s 20-year-old daughter, legally changed her name and gender at age 18. This legal transition took place on June 22, 2022 in a courtroom in California.

“I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape, or form,” Wilson said at the time. Wilson’s mother, Justine Wilson, a Canadian author, divorced Musk in 2008.
