MOSCOW (AP) — Russia’s top security agency said Friday it has arrested a man accused of staging a car bomb on Ukrainian orders.

The Federal Security Service, or FSB, showed video of the handcuffed suspect exiting a plane from Turkey escorted by masked police officers.

Turkish authorities said they detained the suspect, Yevgeniy Serebryakov, at Russia’s request on Wednesday. He arrived in the resort of Bodrum, Turkey, hours after a car bomb exploded in Moscow.

Russian authorities said two people were injured by the bomb that detonated after they got into their car in northern Moscow. Russian media said the car belonged to a senior military intelligence officer.

The FSB said the suspect acted on orders from the Ukrainian spy agency and released a video of his confessions. It was impossible to verify the allegations he made under duress.

Ukrainian authorities have denied involvement.
