According to royal biographer Robert Jobson, the beautiful bride asked a three-word question as she left the church.

He wrote in his new book, Catherine: The Princess of Wales: The Biography, that as Will and Kate climbed into their “one-roof carriage,” she turned to him and asked “are you happy?”

William is said to have sweetly responded: “It was amazing. I am very proud that you are my wife.”

Kate, 42, told how her diagnosis came as a huge shock and that she and William “have done everything we can to process and manage this privately, for the good of our young family”.

Kate and William met while studying art history at St Andrew’s University, where the prince fell in love with Kate during a charity fashion show in which she was modeling.

During their sophomore year, the two became roommates — at which point William said their relationship “blossomed.”

In October 2010, it was announced that Kate and William were engaged following a proposal in Kenya.
