The Princess of Wales has praised the healing powers of nature as she continues her cancer treatment.
Kate, 42, posted an upbeat message yesterday as patron of the Natural History Museum to promote the launch of the Urban Nature Project.
In the social media post, she wrote: “I know the power from nature to support our development and well-being, bringing us joy and helping us stay physically, mentally and spiritually healthy.
“I hope these gardens are inspiring and transformative for the thousands of people who visit them.”
The message came with photos of the Princess’s visit to the Urban Nature Project in 2021.
Its aim is to help people reconnect with the natural world and understand the role of nature in our towns and cities.
The post is a positive sign for Kate, who received a standing ovation at Wimbledon on Sunday ahead of the men’s final.
The message came with photos of the princess in her dusty pink jacket and jeans visiting the Urban Nature Project in June 2021.
During Covid times, she filmed herself walking through the countryside in Norfolk.
She was seen speaking about her efforts to cope during an inspirational message for Children’s Mental Health Week.
